Returns and Exchanges

 

RETURNS POLICY

You can return any item purchased on leetah.eu within 14 days of the delivery date, from the country it was delivered to. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Merchandise that has been worn, used (washed, soiled or smelling strongly of cigarettes), altered or damaged will not be accepted. Please return items in the original packaging they were shipped in.

If you would like to return a product, please follow the instructions below:

 

Orders in the EU

Email info@leetah.eu to receive a prepaid return label. Place the invoice you received with your order inside the package and take the parcel to a drop-off point.

If you prefer to use your own courier, email us at info@leetah.eu with your order number. Place the invoice you received with your order inside the package and send it with a secure shipping service to the following address:

Orders outside the EU

Returns from outside the EU sent without Leetah’s proforma invoice will be refused.

Parcels that cannot be matched to a customer (surname, first name, address and tracking number) will be refused.

EXCHANGES

We can only exchange a product for a different size of the same model. To check availability, email us at info@leetah.eu. If the size is in stock, we will hold it for you and ship it to the address on your original order as soon as we receive your return.

To exchange an item for a different color or style, please return it and place a new order.

REFUND

To be eligible for a refund, merchandise must be returned complete, in its original packaging, undamaged, unaltered and unworn, with all original tags, accessories and a copy of the purchase invoice. Returns are processed within 14 business days of receipt at our warehouse.

Once your return is approved, the refund is credited to your original payment method and you will receive a confirmation email. If your return does not meet the conditions above, the package will be sent back to you.

For orders outside the EU: if duties and taxes were not included in the product price, the refund equals the price paid at checkout minus import duties and taxes. These charges are collected on behalf of your national tax or customs authorities and are not charged by Leetah.
