SHIPPING TIMES & COSTS
Our online store delivers within 2-3 business days in Hungary and the surrounding countries. Delivery times for each country are listed below.
Austria (AT): 2 days
Romania (RO): 2-3 days
Slovakia (SK): 2 days
Croatia (HR): 2-3 days
Slovenia (SI): 2 days
Czech Republic (CZ): 3 days
Germany (DE): 3 days
Benelux (BE, NL, LU): 4 days
Italy (IT): 4 days
France (FR): 4 days
Spain (ES): 4 days
Portugal (PT): 5-6 days
Bulgaria (BG): 3-4 days
Poland (PL): 3 days
We deliver to 14 countries within 2-6 business days, for a fee of up to 20 euros per package. Shipping times to the United States and other countries not listed above may vary: please email us at info@leetah.eu for details.
We cannot take responsibility if unforeseeable shipping conditions make a delivery take longer than indicated, but we always do our best to get your order to you safely and in the best possible condition.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the delivery details once your order has been handed over to the courier.
Orders are processed and shipped on business days.
Our courier delivers Monday to Friday during business hours. Please note that delivery to rural addresses may take longer. Leetah cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
TAXES AND DUTIES
Please note that orders shipped outside the EU may incur customs charges imposed by the Customer’s national tax or customs authorities.
REFUSED DELIVERY
If you refuse an order at delivery, shipping costs and any duties and taxes incurred will not be refunded. We strongly recommend reviewing your order before it ships.
Payments
PAYMENT METHODS
For orders in the EU, Leetah accepts the following payment methods:
– Barion: secure payment by credit or debit card. Payment is debited from your card once you place the order.
– Cash on delivery: pay with cash or card upon delivery.
Please note that your bank may charge transfer or service fees. Leetah does not refund these charges.
We accept one form of payment per order.
PAYMENT SECURITY
Leetah uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt and protect your personal and card information. You can check this in your browser: our address begins with “https” instead of “http”, which means your data is transmitted securely.
PRICES
Prices shown on our product pages include EU taxes but exclude any applicable import fees (customs duties and taxes).
